We always aim to resolve any issues promptly, and I wanted to address a few points you mentioned.Regarding the air-conditioning unit, we acted quickly when informed of the issue. As soon as we were made aware on the same day, we called an air-conditioning technician who identified that the motherboard needed to be replaced. While we were unable to repair it immediately, a heater was provided for the remainder of your stay to ensure your comfort. In relation to the fridge, we had it cleaned on the same day you raised the concern. I also discussed with you that the floorboards in your room are of high-quality laminate that mimics the look of wood, rather than actual wooden floors. As for the cleaning, our staff comes daily and we respect guest preferences regarding room cleaning. We were surprised to hear that you didn’t feel satisfied with the standard, as we consistently receive top ratings for cleanliness.
